Arthur Kingsbury has been a member of our Board of Directors since October 4, 2008. He has been a private investor since 1996. Mr. Kingsbury has over 35 years of business and financial experience, including financial, senior executive and director positions at companies engaged in newspaper publishing, radio broadcasting, database publishing, internet research, cable television and cellular telephone communications. Specific positions included President and Chief Operating Officer of VNU-USA, Inc., Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of BPI Communications, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of Affiliated Publications, Inc. Mr. Kingsbury currently serves on the board of directors of HSW International, Inc., an international online publishing company, and Dolan Media Company, a provider of business information. Mr. Kingsbury holds a BSBA in Business Administration from Babson College. |
